| From garden photos to a finished wedding concept video in six simple steps |

| The 6-Step Workflow |
| 01 |
Upload the venue photos to a Google Drive folder
Start by creating a folder for example "Garden Wedding" and upload photos of each area of the space: the arbor, the reception lawn, the pathway, the seating area. The agent will pull directly from there. |

Connect Google Drive and Gmail
Use Hedra connectors to connect to your Google Drive and Gmail account. This will help make your workflow more streamlined and you never have to download, re-upload, or manually attach anything. |

Set the scene with a role-based prompt
Something like:
You are a wedding planner. Pull from the 'Garden Wedding' folder which contains the different areas of the garden where the wedding is taking place. Use your imagination to create a beautiful wedding experience and decor.
This gives the agent enough context to start creating. |

Try different creative angles
Once the first images look promising, try this:
I like the direction you're going. The client wants to see this in a timeless elegance style.
This will generate the same images but in a new style which you can compare side-by-side on the canvas. |

Bring it to life with a video walkthrough for the client
With a prompt like:
Generate a short video clip (3–4 seconds each) from every image in the "timeless elegance" set, in the order they appear. Preserve each image's original detail, lighting, and color accuracy and avoid warping, blurring, or distorting textures, or fine details during motion. Use subtle, slow camera movement (gentle zoom-in or pan) for each clip and avoid fast or jarring motion, keeping movement smooth and natural with no jitter or artifacts. Render at the highest available resolution with sharp focus throughout. Output each clip in 16:9 landscape format. Stitch the clips together in sequence using smooth crossfade transitions (0.5–1 second) into a single video. Add an instrumental romantic soundtrack for example soft piano or strings, slow tempo, no vocals.
What started with raw garden photos is now a moving experience that the client can step into and picture their big day. |

Send the finished images and video straight to the client
With Gmail connected, just say:
Send the finished video to the client's email saying 'Here is the timeless elegance wedding style walkthrough of the venue.'
No exporting required. |
