My name is Luis Bandovas, I'm from Portugal and live in Leça da Palmeira, a small sea town known for its beach and excellent waves for surfing.
My academic training focuses on graphic design in which I have a degree of. I am deeply attracted to and greatly appreciate the Swiss International Style graphic design aesthetic of the '60s and '70s. My journey into the world of typography began early in my design career, when I realized the profound impact font selection had on the overall quality of a project. Since 2013, either independently or in collaboration with other foundries, I have constantly completed new typographic creations.
